The holidays can be a stressful time of year, especially for our friends and neighbors who have challenges accessing food. That is why the Amity Foundation puts turkeys on the dinner table of local families every November.

As the cooler months approach, The Amity Foundation purchases new coats, hats, and gloves for children in need. The annual Coat Drive makes sure no child in our community has to brave the cold without a coat.
Since its inception the Amity Foundation purchases and distributes backpacks filled with school supplies to students in need. With the right backpack and school supplies students find the confidence to return to school.
The Amity Foundation is engaging the community’s youth in a fun and educational way, through sponsoring the first district-wide Dearborn Public Schools spelling bee for elementary and middle school students from across the district.
